Staff is very friendly and very responsive. The hotel provides bottles of water every single day which is very nice and generous. The MRT station is within walking distance and there is 7/11 nearby across the street at the gas station.

I reserved a room for my parents, who suffer from knee issues. As my parents were anxious, I sent a special request to the hotel. The staff was quick to respond and offered a room that met my parents' requirements. My parents were well looked after by the staff during their stay. They were so pleased with the hotel service and requested me to book a room in this place every time they had to travel to that area.

Everything is fine and nice for the price. I love that they have all the toiletries and towels prepared so that I don't need to carry mine.
